Register Summary Report

- View transactions by user, department, or in general for your entire location. MIMO immediately logs and calculates your cash amount to help you quickly prepare your bank deposit.
- With MIMO Back Office you can manage up to a year's worth of data.
- It's easy to customize reports based on your specific audit process.
- MIMO can even self-monitor. If an error arises, MIMO will send the information directly to the MIMO help desk.
MIMO Back Office Admin
The MIMO Back Office Admin software package includes all the robust reporting features as our back software does. In addition, you will have the ability to effortlessly create departments, transactions and users directly from your office or any desktop with an internet connection. This additional functionality is critical for large locations or businesses with multiple locations where HR, your accounting team, or other managers are not near the physical MIMO unit(s).
With the MIMO Back Office Admin software, you can edit or disable users, and the updates will be displayed to the users. If your business has a high turnover rate, removing a user or adding a new one, helps your management team maintain a smooth transition. If your business is growing, you can add departments or additional transactions all managing these tasks remotely.

Why should we upgrade to MIMO Cloud Back Office Admin:
1) We need the ability to make updates to the MIMO from remote locations (Remote locations could be your desk, home, while traveling, etc.).
2) We would like various updates to be made by different people or departments.
3) Our IT Department prefers API integrations versus SQL replication.
4) We need enhanced permission capabilities.
You and your IT team will need to decide which method is best for your business when setting up Back Office or Back Office Admin. Below are your two options in setup.
Option 1: Cloud-Hosted Website with Secure Connection (Recommended)
-
The website is hosted securely in the cloud (for example, at oursite.customer.com) and connects safely to your on-site system through your own secure API address (like api.customersite.com).
-
What you need to do:
-
Create a secure subdomain for your API (e.g., api.customersite.com).
-
Generate the SSL certificate and private key for that subdomain.
-
Provide us the certificate so we can prepare it for installation.
-
Configure your system to allow incoming connections from our cloud service and enable outbound communication to us.
-
-
Benefits:
-
Access the website from anywhere perfect for remote work or teams in multiple locations.
-
Option 2: Fully Local Setup Without Internet Access
-
If your organization prefers no external internet connection, we can set up the website and API locally on your own network. It will look and work just like the cloud version.
-
What you need to do:
-
Create two local subdomains within your network—one for the website (e.g., localweb.customersite.com) and one for the API (e.g., localapi.customersite.com).
-
Generate SSL certificates and private keys for both subdomains.
-
Install these certificates on your local IIS servers to enable secure communication.
-
-
Limitations:
-
Access is limited to your local network only (no remote access).
-
Software updates may need to be done manually on-site.
-
-
Benefits:
-
Ideal for businesses with strict security or IT policies.
