Shipping Policy

All items purchased through the MIMO website are shipped via UPS Ground within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order, as MIMO is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item purchased through our website, please contact MIMO first to receive return approval and instructions. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

To request a return, email MIMOCS@mimo-llc.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Please note:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

  • A restocking fee may apply to certain items.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected by MIMO.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact MIMO within 7 business days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by repairing, replacing, or refunding your order as appropriate.
