MIMO Remote Support

Please call 888-505-6466 to open a secure remote support connection to work with a MIMO Technical Support member. This will allow the MIMO MTS service member to fully access all of the MIMO functions and computer for support purposes. By requesting a remote session, the MIMO customer understands that the MIMO technician will be able to see and access of the functions of the user's computer. Please consult with your security team to determine protocols before opening a remote session.
